The former secondary school site, located in the Pin Green area of Stevenage, comprises 86 new homes, 80 houses and 6 apartments. The Rusling Way masterplan features a sweeping loop road and a series of short, shared surface cul-de-sacs, with houses arranged in small clusters and terraces.

Gable-fronted houses at the corners or as focal points frame tree-lined roads while pared back detailing including recessed entrances and projecting brickwork patterns, create the street scene and architectural character. Of the 30% affordable homes on site, six apartments are specifically designed for HCC’s Adult Care Services and adult independent living.
